You provide the design or specification, the factory produces it under your brand. Best when you already have a product design or a clear idea of what you want to customize.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturer)

The factory already has a ready design, and you put your brand on it. Faster and cheaper, ideal for first-time importers or when you want to test a market quickly.

Which one should you choose?

  • New to the market? Start with ODM — lower MOQ, faster time to market.
  • Have your own brand and design? Go OEM — higher control, stronger differentiation.
  • Want something exclusive? Ask for ODM with custom mould — the factory develops a unique model just for you.
